This one is somewhere between I liked it and I loved it. It took awhile (and several starting attempts) to warm up to the story. I'm glad I stuck it out. I find Dakota a little too good to be true, and since his POV is first, I just didn't feel compelled to keep reading. Seriously, Dakota is well ad...

I am a fan of Andrew Grey but this wasn't my favorite of his. It had a very slow start and didn't pick up until the two characters finally meet. It is apparent that it's an early book of his as he tends to get into the romance much sooner now (not sex necessarily, but at least the two main charact...

3.5 starsThis is a nice, easy to read story about a rancher, the gorgeous Dakota (love that name!), and Wally (bit of a dorky name), the littler man with a big heart.Dakota sacrificed his future career to look after his sick father and the ranch, with little time to himself. Closeted at home, he spe...

What did I think of this? It was good. Not great, but good. I enjoyed the father/son relationship. I thought the two MC's were cool. But the story just didn't connect with me. It got to me a few times how both MC's got jealous for no reason. Add to that how unsure I was if they would actually end up...
If we are all made in God's image, does that mean God is gender fluid.....
I just hate that I can't enjoy Andrew Grey as much as I should. His stories are really good and he is an excellent writer. I just can't seem to get around the extra lovey dovey and the almost complete lack of angst. It's not like I am some emo girly girl that needs problems and drama however that is...

I'm beginning to think I just don't like this author's voice. I keep wanting to edit as I read so it flows better. Sometimes feels like I am reading a roadmap with details that aren't necessary. The emotions of his characters are what draws me back to his books though.

4.5 I like to read Andrew's stories when I feel down and tired of humanity. The warmth, the kindness inherent in his stories always help me back to hopeful again. A Shared Range, while it may look, on the surface, like another cowboy story, is so much more. We're brought into the gorgeous setting of...
