Alan H. Goodman (http://sites.hampshire.edu/agoodman/) is a biological anthropologist and the author/editor of numerous publications, including Building a New Biocultural Synthesis, Genetic Nature/Culture, The Nature of Difference, and Race Are We So Different. He is the past president of the American Anthropological Association and the past Vice President/Dean of Faculty of Hampshire College. His main academic interests are in the connections between biology, politics and culture.
