I was unaware of Allie Brosh's blog when I first borrowed this from a friend. I will most likely check it out soon. Some of these stories are hilarious and amusing. My favorite was Warning Signs. And some were more thoughtful and insightful, like Depression and Identity. And the illustrations were co...

Hmmmm, I did enjoy this but it was uneven. Some pieces were poignant most were hilarious sadly though, a few fell flat. I think it's a worth-while read but not a 5 star one.

I think this book was going to receive a high rating from the start. I try to keep my expectations in a normal range, but Allie from Hyperbole and a Half has never failed to dazzle me. The writing is fast and funny, hones...

DNF at 70% Yes, seventy percent. I tried. I really tried, but not once was this able to make me laugh. In fact, were i a less stronger person i would probably be scarred for life... Do all kids behave like little zombie monsters when it comes to sugar? Because that was just....unbelievable life ...

Hilarious! I'd never read any of her stuff before and quite literally found myself laughing out loud. Especially funny for dog owners.

Hyperbole and a Half is the popular humour cartoon blog written by Allie Brosh that went ballistic around 2010/2011 before Allie disappeared for eighteen months due to depression. This book is very basically her blog in book form, with half old content copy and pasted from the blog, and half new con...
