This was not what I expected or was looking for really. It did have a good definition of heresy which I found helpful. But overall, the book was more about the interface between politics and religion than it was about the state of religion in America. I think the subtitle was quite misleading.
I don't know that I'll enjoy it, but I look forward to reading it.
