Let’s talk about some Halloween food, shall we? I came across a Halloween display at the grocery store and picked up some fun decorations to go on top of some baking treats. Growing up, I had just the colored sprinkles and if you got lucky, we got the colored little balls that rolled all over the pl...

This is a cute little cookbook of Halloween-themed recipes. It's well put together, with a photo of every recipe and some tips on throwing a Halloween party. I tried three pumpkin or jack-o-lantern related recipes from the book, as this was for the 2016 Halloween Bingo square for Pumpkin: An appetiz...

I found this to be a constant in an ever-changing world. It has splatters, stains and margin notes all the way through the ...

This was my first Cookbook that I ever purchased. It was ok at first for basic cooking. After time I learned to expand on the recipes. If your looking for a great basic cookbook I would get Mark Bittman's "How to Cook Everything: The Basics".

I expected more out of a Bette Crocker cookbook. The recipes in the book looked boring, old fashioned and "typical". I think that there are books that contain a lot more exciting, contemporary and unusual types of crockpot cookbooks out there that would be much more worth looking into.
