I picked up Between The Lines because I really enjoyed Easy by the same author. This book, not as much. I didn't think it was bad and I do want to see "School Pride" (I think that was the name of the movie) since I love Pride & Prejudice. But the characters were all a bit too much on the ansty/annoy...
Though I didn't love this, I had a hard time putting it down. It read more YA than NA to me. The characters are filming a high school drama, and the story seemed to be a reflection of that. I enjoyed Emma and the secondary cast of characters. Especially Graham and Emily. Reid and Brook were harder t...
Loved it! And I think this was a much better representation of how young people deal with their celebrity than [b:This Is What Happy Looks Like|15790873|This Is What Happy Looks Like|Jennifer E. I had to check out more work by Tammara Webber after reading EASY, so I picked up BETWEEN THE LINES. But, honestly I just wasn't all that impressed with a certain character: Reid. I thought he was arrogant, shallow, and an absolute horndog. I never saw the appeal in him and I couldn't understand why...
The change in POV was both confusing and refreshing...it doesn't happen very often where an author can successfully do that. I enjoyed the story and look forward to seeing what unfolds in the next book. Was it my favorite story...no. Was it worth reading...yes.

Between the lines revolves around Emma and Reid, who meet when they begin the shooting of a film in which...

It's funny because I thought that I was over contemporary romance novels, but clearly not. I picked this up after putting it on hold for a few months and I dived right back into it. Finished it in a couple of days and I absolutely loved the book.I first went into this, thinking that it would be one ...
