I liked the whole idea of a novel centered around opening a bookstore/cafe and going for your dreams, but I didn't feel that aspect was central enough, or full enough of suspense and conflict. people who like fluffy chick lit that isn't too badly written with decent characters, not amazing, but decent, would like this book.
