Brian P. Watson is the former Editor in Chief of CIO Insight, where he reshaped the magazine and website to offer more actionable insights from top IT leaders. Previously he served in other editorial management roles with CIO Insight and Baseline, in addition to writing for various newspapers and magazines in the U.S. and Europe. More recently, he has contributed to several media outlets focused on IT leadership, including the Wall Street Journal's CIO Journal and CruxialCIO.com. Brian has also delivered keynotes and moderated panels at MIT, Society for Information Management and EFM events. Brian earned his Bachelor's degree from Bucknell University and a Master's degree from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, where he was awarded the highest graduate honor for integrity, leadership and character. He and his wife live in Manhattan.
