It is a M/m domestic discipline story, not my usual fare. It was well written and the characters made sense, but it just didn't talk to ME. A couple of the self-sabotaging incidents after trust was established were hard to deal with--not intellectually, they weren't implausible just aggravated me.

I'm not sure how true to BDSM life this is, but the relationship between Aiden and Keaton I enjoyed. I was taken by how much care there was between them. Not just love or lust, but caring.

I really enjoyed this story. Aiden is so misinformed about the the really meaning behind d/s, thanks mostly to Scott, the jackass bastard of a dom who does nothing but beat and humiliate Aiden into submission. Keaton is on the other end of the spectrum, believing in an entirely different aspect of...

My review is the second one. Doh! I'm always second. :(A downward spiraling submissive is never a pretty sight. I had misgivings about this book. Would it live up to the hype I've heard? I'm more critical of BDSM books since it seems more authors are jumping onto this latest hot trend with nary an...

3.5 stars. Unusual , but the author did a great job in drawing me in and making me care about the characters. I'd love to read more about this couple, Particularly if/when Aiden is in a less 'needy' state (not because I didn't enjoy it, but rather because I'd like to see how this type of relationshi...

3.5 StarsThis book was certainly interesting. Parts were a hard look at how badly BDSM can go wrong, parts were an education on other types of D/s relationships, others were sweet, some were frustrating and others were INCREDIBLY frustrating. They all seemed reasonable though, so overall it worked.A...

Well written story with extreme BDSM to the point of abuse. This story did a great job in showcasing what can go wrong and what can be right in a D/s relationship.

3.5 stars.Aiden was a cheerful, beautiful and confident young man, until he met Scott. I found it interesting (“liked it” would be the wrong words) to see how Aiden changed because of Scott, how he lost his joy. Thankfully Aiden finally found what he really wanted – Keaton and a loving, domestic dis...

I liked this. Like others have mentioned this was a different take on D/s than most BDSM books I have read. The book was mostly from Aiden's viewpoint. Aiden was a mess of confusion and emotions and trying to find himself and his place in the world. Keaton was that solid, older strength that Aiden n...
