Carol K. Lindeen is an American author, editor and journalist. Carol has more than 50 published titles in children's nonfiction and educational literature in print on topics including marine animals, dinosaurs, ecosystems and sports. Her books are widely used in early elementary reading curricula. Born in Seoul, South Korea, Carol grew up in the Midwest United States and has lived in Iowa, Minnesota, Hawaii and Washington state. She currently resides in the Seattle area with her husband and daughter.
