May 15-18 Olive is always unlucky: in her career, in love, in…well, everything. Her identical twin sister Ami, on the other hand, is probably the luckiest person in the world. Her meet-cute with her fiancé is something out of a romantic comedy (gag) and she’s managed to finance her entire wedding by...

This review can also be found at Carole's Random Life in Books.I had fun with this romance! I have seen so many glowing reviews for books written by the writing duo of Christina Lauren over the past couple of years. I have really wanted to give their work a try but for one reason or another, this wa...

I love this author and I really enjoyed this book. Fair warning it's fairly heartbreaking. If you love Emily Griffin books, I think you'll love Christina Lauren, she really has a knack for writing characters that you'll fall in love with.

This is the third book in the series. Poor Lola. I felt so much stress for her as her deadline neared. Oliver was the perfect foil for all the chaos in her life. I've loved these stories, reading of three best girl friends meeting three best guy friends. Each story has been great getting to these ch...

And yet, this is the only series by them that I didn't read for some reason. So I had to correct that and finally got a...

Anyone who knew Hazel in college might be horrified to learn she taught eight year old third graders. SHazel believes she is great for this as she is not afraid to make a fool of herself. And there’s something about an eight year olds brain that resonates with Hazel on a spiritual level .Emily is H...

This was hands down the best friends to lovers book I've ever read. Witty and genuine, it felt very real, very natural. Dialogue was so realistic amongst all the characters that Hazel and Emily would have a conversation that I'd have with my bestie, too. The opposites attract trope was nothing stere...

The awesome pairing that is Christina Lauren has done it again with this friends to lovers romance. The story is a wonderful combo of silly, sweet, sexy, and laugh out loud hilarity. Everyone should have a Hazel in their life. That one friend who's full of spunk, completely inappropriate, absolutely...

This is the third book in the Beautiful Bastard series and the second-ish book that we've been introduced to Will (I say -ish because there are some novellas in between). I was so excited to read Will's story because he has been a hilarious secondary character in the series so far and super hot. Thi...
