Ahhh...I feared that it wasn't on sale everywhere but it certainly will be somewhen.

It may actually go on sale within a day or so on the US - the timing of such sales is always kinda odd. I was once tracking books and author sales trying to see a pattern (I couldn't! I need a computer program to scope that out), but I think it's going to vary so much that the patterns are only within author management groups or some publishers. Maybe.
