Is it just me or are the above prices wrong? Has Amazon changed them already? I'm getting America's Women and Out of Africa and Shadows on the Grass for $12+ and all the books on the "Loved the Movie? Read the Book" list are coming up as "pricing not available".
Ok that's weird. I did check again - because seriously, sometimes ebook sales go away insanely fast - and I'm still getting those prices.
....Oh I see - it's that stupid international thing again. These are United States prices only. I always hate that we don't all get the same sales. (Also everyone on the planet is making Aussies pay more for video games and I will never understand that at all.)
I feel for Australia's simmers, really I do. If they're charging 60-80 dollars for Sims 4 in America, what will the Australians have to pay? The mind boggles.
I'm just wondering why the game companies have singled out Australia so - I think it's currently winning the title of country you'll pay the most the play any game, any console or computer system. And it's across the board, all makers of games price things insanely high. It just seems so illogical. And I'd have never had the money to play any of them as kid, so I can empathize.
Well, it used to be shipping and handling for transporting the CDs/DVDs there, but now with digital downloading and the Steam model, I have no idea what their excuse is.
