Awww that book sound great and that is such a cool story :D
During my year in Belfast I lived round the corner of a crime-bookshop called No Alibis and an author-friend of the owner had written a book about an amateur-sleuth who owned a bookshop called No Alibis ;) However that was the only thing they had in common (the real guy was somewhat nicer and less weird than his fictional counterpart) still it's fun reading about a place you know so well.
Also: that place looks beautiful (as does your hair)
