Ugh, stop making me think as I read! ;)
I rated this book 4stars and kind of ending up pushing, what you call, the feminist angel into the background. While it can still be dangerous thinking, even in the fiction world, Rafe's darkly written character by Lorraine Heath absorbed me into this book. I don't know, sometimes issues like this make me toss the book but for whatever reason I still enjoyed this one.
Oh, I enjoyed it, too. This is one of those books where I finished it with a warm fuzzy 4- or 5-star book hangover, and then as I started thinking and writing the review, I was all, "Now, wait just a minute here..." Like I said, it's full of delicious, decadent, gooey, melty Feelings.
