Yup. Pretty much exactly what, as of now (just finished "Flying Skeletons") my review would be as well. And I'm seriously wondering what the final three chapters are going to add. I mean, OK, I can understand that -- at least for paleobiologists -- skeletons provide interesting archival information. But "future skeletons" -- seriously? I'd much rather have seen more info on how we got from the paleo world to the present world and how the skeletons of the creatures populating our present world are helping their various individual lifestyles.
LoL - the chapter about future skeletons is the only thing that keeps me reading at this point. I'm intrigued enough to see what he has to say to not DNF the book for what I can only describe otherwise as "lack of interest".
