I read this awhile ago and kind of completely forgot about it until now! I enjoyed reading it as well, even though I'm definitely not usually into zombie-type books.

Thanks for the comment. Not eating brains is a plus. That's just yucky.

I listened to this a couple of years ago...I really liked it. Did you read or listen to the second book yet?

I haven't actually gotten to #2. It is on my TBR for July.
I've heard very good things about REBOOT. I think I might have to read it now. Glad you enjoyed it.

The best zombie book I ever read (and I'm not a fan of zombies - too overdone) is DECK Z: THE TITANIC: UNSINKABLE. UNDEAD. by Chris Pauls and Matt Soloman. It was fun for me because I'm a huge Titanic fanatic, so it was a fun setting. I don't feel like it was overboard on the zombie tropes. I'd say give it a try. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

This book has been high on my "to get to soon" list. I'm wondering if I should move it over.

Also the BEST Zombie books I've read were the Newsflesh Series by Mira Grant (Starting with Feed)

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm still not having much success with zombie books beyond this one, so I will check out your recommendation.
