I like to read a good Mg book once in a while. I mostly like the more mature MG or adventure oriented as it's easier tor elate to. I hadn't heard of this series before, it does sound like a fun one. I love seeing character development in side characters. It doesn't have to be a lot (although ofcourse that would be awesome), only a little bit is good too. But I do think it's fun and realistic to also see development in side characters and not only in the main characters. the narration for this one sounds well done, except for that little error.
This on is definitely an adventure, as they go on a little trip and have lots of encounters along the way. I want more development for this series, but do feel that for the most part the main group avoids being all stereotypes. And I like Paul Boehmer as a narrator, so it was good.
This is my first time visiting your blog which I found on Shannon Messenger's MMGM links. I love your blog title! Thanks for your balanced review of this book.
