Sunday nights are not always my favorite... Monday mornings less so lol. I'll have to check out that link. I'm curious about your library post, and I'm thinking of trying that Rachel Aaron series...
I have read some movie novelizations although I don't read them a lot. I read more when I was younger...
No morning is my favorite (I'm definitely a night owl). Just as a heads up, the library post is about the differences between my perceived favorite subgenres & what "My Library" actually contains. I'm a big fan of Rachel Aaron, so I hope you enjoy it also.
Oops, the novelization question was related to a book I was going to read this week and didn't get to. I deleted it from the Reading Update, but forgot to change the question. Oh well.
Ooh I have that Ella the Slayer book but haven't read it yet, couldn't resist the pretty cover when it went on sale once lol, so I'll be curious to see what you think. and How to Date Dead guys is AMAZING! One of the best books I've read this year. And the Book of Kindly Deaths sounds interesting, so I'll be checking that one out :-)
As for your questions, I do crosspost reviews on GR and Amazon. And to be honest, I don't get a whole lot of book world news which sounds terrible probably since I'm a book blogger, but I read mostly indie anyway and don't like drama, so that I really only hear about things if a blog I follow happens to mention something. Have a great week!
If I decide not to review Ella here, I come back to these comments and let you know what I though. Thanks for the heads up on How to Date... non-audiobooks on my TBR tend to get really neglected, but I will add that one to the priority list.
I've never been that tuned in to the news of any kind, so I'm still trying to figure out how to get the good stuff and avoid the drama. Hope your week is wonderful also.
Sounds like a good way to handle it and add the audiobook news to your sunday post if you have something to share.
Oh you got Sunborn Rising! I really enjoyed that one!
I thin k I get my book news mostly thought blogs and maybe social media. And yes I have read a movie novelization. I read the book of the first prequel star wars movie. It was very interesting to watch the movie first and then read the book. as I had seen the movie I was able to visualize everything very clearly and the book added some interesting things that aren't in the movie. I have the next two prequel books to read as well.
I cross post my reviews, on goodreads, amazon, and my blog. And on Kobo and B&N as well if the book is there. I know how much cross posting helps authors and it's not that much extra effort. I hope you'll have a great week!
Thanks, it looked cute and it's nice to know someone I know liked it.
Thanks for all the answers. I am just starting to learn more about social media. So far I've mostly just linked my posts there and nothing more. I plan to get more strategic about it in the next couple of months.
Some great looking books. The cover for Destiny Binds is speaking to me. I find most of my books through blogs and of course the bestselling authors are always on my list.

Happy Monday! I hate that point on a Sunday where you begin to realise that Monday is coming. ;) And let's not even get me started on Mondays themselves!
Some interesting looking reads there. I have heard a few times of Amy Tintera and Ruined is on my TBR list so I'll eventually get around to that!
I generally post my reviews to my Blog and on Goodreads and to Amazon at the Author's request. I then link up to this from my Facebook page and Twitter. In my experience, most authors want as much exposure as you can give them, even if the review isn't always favourable (but is still constructive).
I don't think I have ever read a movie novelisation and I almost always have serious issues with books made into movies but this is a common problem amongst us bibliophiles!
Thanks, I actually work Tues-Sat, so I still have that hated point ahead of me today. Monday is when I do all my housework though, and that's not a lot of fun. / I haven't read Ruined yet myself, but did like Reboot. / And yes, the book is almost always better when it comes first (the few movies I like better are for books I didn't like to start with).
Oh wow, you have gotten some great books this week! I hope you'll enjoy them all.
I have the whole Raven Cycle series on audio as well, and I can't wait to listen.
Have a wonderful week and happy reading.

Great mailbox this week. I get book news on Twitter mainly. I cross post on Goodreads and my blog with links to blog posts on FB and Twitter. Amazon if it's specifically requested. I used to post on Amazon all the time, but there are so many trolls there, that I only do it if it is specifically requested.

I am just beginning to get into twitter (besides linking my own posts). So far I've been lucky and haven't gotten any bad comments on my reviews. Or maybe I'm just not signed up to be notified of comments, since I don't think I've ever gotten any.
Sundays used to stress me out, but not so much anymore. I'm not sure why exactly. Maybe because I refuse to think about Monday until Monday comes nowadays. Mondays are a different story. I hate having to wake up before the crack of dawn and drag myself to work. I enjoyed your post about Ten Swoon Worthy Moments. That would be a hard one for me too.
I love that quote from Carlie you shared. I couldn't agree more!
In answer to you questions, I do cross report my reviews on Goodreads and sometimes Library Thing. And, yes, I have read a movie novelization. It was actually very disappointing, and so I tend to avoid them. I know, I know. It's bad to judge based on just one experience, but there are so many other books I want to read.
I work evenings, so I don't have to get up at the crack of dawn, but I still don't love having to go back to work.
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed the post and the quote.
I haven't ever visited Library Thing, I may have to check it out someday. And, you're right, there are so many books to read that everyone can stick to what they like and still never run out.

Thanks for being my first commenter again.
