Good luck with Bloggiesta! I've never done it but I should. And congrats on the good stuff this week. :) Always nice when pubs or authors notice and/or Tweet about a review. I'll have to check out your Twitter post.

I like your books this week, I haven't read alan Dean Foster in ages.

I was already wanting to make some changes, so hopefully it will work well for me.

About the books, I am trying to read more SF (to rebalance My Library) and was happy to read 4 of them this week.
Good luck on your Bloggiesta Challenge & Read-a-Thon.

herding cats and burning soup does a Monthly blog Wrap-Up for her blog. I'm going to be doing a Monthly Wrap Up on my blog instead of the Sunday Post. I'm trying to spend more time reading and less on setting up blog posts. September will be my first wrap up at the end of the month. ^_^

I'm not participating, but herding cats and burning soup has sign-up's open for October Blog Ahead. Caffeinated Book Reviewer is doing Sign-Ups for Ho-Ho-Ho Readathon November 9th-15th. Not sure yet if I'm going to join. If you are into blog hops Sign-Ups are open for Fall Into Romance Giveaway Hop: Oct 14-21st. That one I am doing!

Have a great week and enjoy all your books! Happy Reading.

Thanks for all the recommendations. I use a template for my Sunday Post, so it wouldn't take me any less time to DO a monthly wrap-up. But it would probably take less time for all the visiting and commenting. When I have been around longer, I may consider it.

I am definitely planning to do Blog Ahead but Giveaways scare me so I only do them when an author/narrator offers.
I have a Giveaway Policy page - http://go.shr.lc/2cDp78x It's straightforward. I'm also very clear on what I offer when I do do a giveaway. I use Rafflecopter: It's free and easy to set up a giveaway for people to enter - https://www.rafflecopter.com/
I can understand how you would feel scared about offering up a giveaway. I was hesitant at first too.
Congrats on winning an ebook and getting so much done with your three day weekend! And good luck with your readathon and Bloggiesta post :-) Also, that bookish Jenga thing is too funny lol.

Thanks. I thought it was really funny too.
Sounds like you had a pretty good week. Yay for the win! And that's neat you got a lot of reading and blog post writing done.
It's pretty much the norm to receive review request like that, I don't mind too much, but when you do receive a review request from someone who read your review policy and actually shows that it's awesome.
As for memes I would recommend Michelle from Because Reading is Better Than Real Life her my to-be read list meme. It's a lot of fun.
I hope you're having fun with blogiesta! Have a great week!

I need to learn to let go of the frustration of people sending me those requests. I've seen the TBR list ones and love to vote, but I haven't participated yet.

Hope your week is great also.

Congratulations on your win! I hope you enjoy the audiobook. Sounds like the good out weighs the bad. :-) I get e-mails like that too. I tend to ignore them and delete them, but they can be annoying. Or funny (because all I can do is laugh about it), especially if they are so off base of what I like to read.

I've done a variety of different wrap ups over the years. Some more formal than others. I can't say I have a preference in what I like to see others doing--whatever works best for you is fine. I find for me, it's easier for me to go about it informally. I do like it when people include links to their posts in a wrap up--that way I can catch something I may have missed. I wish I had more to offer you.

I hope you have a great week. I'm so behind on everything . . . Hopefully I can play catch up soon.

Thanks. I love the links also, it lets me check all their posts at one time. I hope you are able to catch up soon.
The Magisterium series is on my TBR but I just haven't managed to pick it up yet. Clare is one of my favourite authors though!

Yay for getting through an extra book and getting so many reviews done!

The only memes I have participated in are the Weekly Wrap Ups (Sunday Post or IMWAYR), Waiting on Wednesday and Flashback Friday (These are only done occasionally though).

Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier. Have a great weekend!

I am really enjoying The Magisterium. It started off sort of Harry Potterish, but has gone in a completely different direction.

Other than the wrap-up Meme's, I just do an occasional Top Ten Tuesday.

Hope your week is great also.
I just recently found out about the Bloggiesta, and I'm so sad I didn't hear about it earlier. Though I'll def be participating in future ones.

It was really fun and everyone was very supportive. I look forward to doing more of them along with you.
