I didn't report if only because I'd like to see more evidence. Not to say that this gentleman doesn't seem like he's trying to be unbiased, but I only started really paying attention to EC when they proved through their actions that I should, and at the same time so many people said the same things about them, so consistently, that it really does seem like it's happening.

One would think so- at a minimum it's definitely fraud. If true, this is concrete evidence of premeditated criminal activity and there's no way to wriggle out of it. Best they could do is try the 'lone gunman' defense- one rogue employee acting up. Investigating it might be difficult since they've migrated all their files to a new system and lots of customer data's already been 'lost'.
