I have issues walking in wedges, but I can stroll around in heels for hours without a problem. It's ridiculous. I was also adamant that I would make sure I gave my kids commonly spelled names and I thought I did, but it is hit or miss whether my oldest and youngest find things with their names spelled properly. My middle one is good as gold though, lol.
I actually have the opposite, I've always liked having a name that couldn't be shortened. I made sure to give my kids names that couldn't be shortened into a nickname also.
And I could never find anything with my name on it. I'm not bitter about it either. In case you couldn't tell.
