I accidentally gave up on this--I was a third through and got distracted by other books and then my library loan ended and I never renewed it. Glad to hear I didn't miss much, but kind of disappointed--Lauren Oliver has written some great stuff.
Three stars is still pretty solid in my book, so you might want to pick this up if you're very into Lauren Oliver and what you read was interesting. :)
