I take it '3 girls' doesn't include the one with the freeloader boyfriend?
unfortunately not. though he's barely here anymore since i told rosie im not paying for them or taking his shit anymore. which is awesome.
i really should of said something earlier. but oh well.

no i wont be living with rosie after xmas. my goal is to be out by the end of January. she's having a girl look at my room and the spare room later today.

also rosie is the only one on the lease so she cant move out until april.

Good luck, I hate moving. Hubby and I have moved an average of once every 4 years because of his job. He's promised me that this is the last time before he retires and then I get to pick where we live...so yeah one more move is on the horizon, but it's the one I'm looking forward to.
Yea i think my mother set me up for a life of constant moving. the longest i think we ever stayed at a place was probably 4 years if not less. I cant imagine staying in one place for so long now because of it.
you'd think that mean i have less crap and rubbish because i know the hassle of moving but it doesnt stop me from collecting all kinds of useless stuff. lol

This moving thing has been a bit of a trauma for me. Growing up I lived in the same house and sadly never realized what a lovely thing that was. Hubby and I have decluttered numerous times and still so much stuff. But I'm not worried it's impossible to go through life and not acquire things and then there's furniture. I think the secret is to make sure it's not overrunning your life and that you aren't obsessive about it.
I feel like people tend to naturally enjoy collecting things and making 'nests'. Its a nice feeling sitting in your home surrounded by your things, and they all come attached with memories and feelings. thats why i have such trouble throwing stuff out myself.
and furniture can not be helped, though it sure is cumbersome. moving my bed is going to be a major b**ch. I'm so glad i dont have couches and fridges and washing machine and kitchen stuff, ugh just thinking about it makes me nervous. when i finally get my own place i'll prob just invest in beanbags so i dont have to worry about carting them around in the future. lol. least they'll be comphy!

Furniture is the bane of my existence right now. I have a dresser that I inherited from my mother's place it was something that we all chipped in to buy her and it's so freaking huge that when we moved here we discovered that it's impossible to get into our guest room so it's sitting in my family room which thankfully is big enough to accommodate it and still be a functioning room :-(
LOL. yea we found some of our furniture didnt fit through the doors of the rooms we had hoped to put them it. lovely furniture is also massive.

I wouldn't be able to move so often. I like stability. I'm looking for a new place right now, for various reasons, but I've lived at the same address for 20 years. I have so much clutter I don't even want to think about packing... and throwing things away.
Oh My Goodness. i cant imagine living somewhere for 20 years! and all the stuff you must have!
I pretty much only have bedroom furniture and some kitchen crap and yet i'm dreading the packing. let alone rooms and rooms full of stuff!!
Good luck though! i hope you find a beautiful new home :)
