Nice post, although please don't be offended if I ignore the urine part. ;) You might want to check out "Emergency: This Book Will Save Your Life." It's a rather interesting guide/journey as the author endeavored to prepare himself--he lives in L.A. A little less 'how-to' precisely--he takes a topic and shows how he applied then implemented it.

Funny you should mention "Emergency" because, as it happens, I've placed a library hold on that book. It should arrive Monday :)
