BTW, the authors comment is really just a page or so long, it's really no big thing. I will grab it off my e-book for you, just to satisfy your curiosity. I only mentioned it because usually they are so very very not worth reading, but this one was cute.
It bugs me when content that could easily have been included in the audiobook version is left out, but it's a relief that it's so short.
