The best things I've read in the past couple months are probably Redshirts by John Scalzi and Fuyumi Ono's Sea of Wind (a reread that I kind of want to reread again, lol).

Mostly I've been doing good at continuing series. A grittier new fantasy genre one I started is http://booklikes.com/six-of-crows-leigh-bardugo/book,13554226 .

I'm late to the party but also started — I guess it's urban fantasy or paranormal -- http://booklikes.com/daughter-of-smoke-bone-laini-taylor/book,6360337 which had it's own unique atmosphere and intriguing main characters.

A wacky cozy mystery series started (I loved first two books and did not like third one at all but that could be a side effect of binge reading the series ) http://booklikes.com/death-before-decaf-a-java-jive-mystery-caroline-fardig/book,13541961 .

Ooh, thanks for the recs! I love audiobooks too! I feel like my reading picked up in the second half of the year, which is nice. Not sure what was going on earlier, but yes, it's wonderful having a lot of good books to read! :)
