Being a translator myself, I hugely appreciated your final nod to Mr Evans. So seldom is there any appreciation for us silent partners in the transmission of international literature.

I like to talk to the translaters as well if I can. The lady who translated "What Lots Wife Saw" was lovely and so fond of her work. I've just followed Julian on Twitter so I shall give him a plug or two :) After all how much would I miss out on without you guys? I'd have to *gulp* learn how to speak other languages...and some days I can barely speak English! :)
