And yet, in this one I still feel Christie wrote many of the characters statements as both a reflection of her time and a mockery of it. (Not so in the later Christies, unfortunately.)

I really like the depth of her writing in this story. We get fleshed out characters, we get atmosphere galore, we get fabulous locations (Mallorca and Egypt) and we get Agatha at her best. :D
