I have. The show and the book are quite different from one another. I ended up enjoying the book much more. The show and the book share the basic premise of the dome dropping onto the town, and they share characters and certain plot developments. However, the explanation for the dome is different in the book than the show. Also, everything that happens in the book takes place over the course of a week and change, while the show is spread over a much longer time span. In a way, it's good, because having watched the show doesn't spoil the book for you, beyond the set-up and the power structure of the town.
