I have another one finished (alas, without him), but the 'sequel' is halfway finished. It's all about him and another adventure he has without any of the other characters earlier in his career. I'll be sure to let you know when one or both come around. Thanks again!
It's similar in style and feel to TCOTLD, but it's longer and more complicated. It's about a prince who falls in love with a woman in a portrait and tries to figure out if the woman portrayed is dead or alive. He hires a sorcerer condemned to be exiled (a pupil of Hildigrim Blackbeard!), who confirms that the woman is still living...but the portrait is over 200 years old. What does this mean? The book involves finding this woman, while the sorcerer inadvertently makes the queen think the prince is staging a coup to take over the kingdom...and in the meantime the prince falls in love with the woman he was supposed to be marrying in the first place. I hope to publish it as an ebook this summer after I finish re-writing and editing it. I 'think' it's a better book overall, but I honestly can't tell what good or bad is anymore when it comes to what I write. You just write, edit, and hope for the best. :)
