This is still on my TBR. Sounds wonderful.

It is! the pace is a little uneven - slow moments of exploring relationships and characters between faster moving plot/action - but I enjoyed both. Plus there's a little bit of a mystery and tension while waiting for the past storyline to catch up to the present storyline.
