I actually have another eReader already. But I prefer reading on my Kobo (which has this nasty characteristic of removing everything every time I plug it in my computer). The problem is that the helpdesk isn't really helping and I afraid that if I were to buy another one, I might end up with the same problem. For the rest it's working fine, so I've kind of gotten used to it.
