Thank you! I've looked at them and they sound great. I'll put them on my TBR. Reading in German is OK for me, it's just quite slow (I should practice more, I guess).

Seconding that suggestion. Kai Meyer is one of my favourite authors and The Merle-books are really great. (And I think chances are even quite good for a Dutch translation, his book get translated quite a lot, some even into English (so you could still read that XD))
