I looove dulce de leche! I've even got the right size cups to serve it from. Have to disagree with the recipe creators' assessment of "Dificultad | Baja", though -- it may of course (quite easily) be my complete ineptitude and lack of practice, but I've yet to manage to produce dulce de leche "como tiene que ser" (the way it's supposed to be) ... something always seems to go wrong! So most of the time I end up either ordering in, or having it at a restaurant ...
