Sorry,why the hell would they do that?
I'm assuming it was either a mistake - or fraud. I'm more worried about the later than anything, which is why I chatted with them.

The gentleman on live chat assured me he was seeing the refund, and he has to look into this further and that he'd e-mail me back. Worst comes to worst, I tell my bank that I'm contesting that fifty plus dollar charge.

Yeah. A quick chat and they're going to e-mail me back. I'm going to chat tomorrow if there's no e-mail. If it doesn't get resolved by next Friday, or so, I'm going to contact my bank about fraud because they owe me over a hundred dollars right now, between the original order that I should get refunded and this charge.
