She's taking it pretty well, all things considered. This is the first one we've ever lost so it's hard, especially since he was her favorite.

Awww, I'm so sorry :( It's so sad. My thoughts are with you and your mom.

We get ours at only a week old and almost had this happen to us with our Patrick. We had to hand feed him and then we bonded and now he's here with us forever.
