I have only read a few novels on that list, and I also hated them.

There are a lot of novels on the list that I wouldn't really call "romantic" per se. I've read a few of them, liked some, hated others. But I've yet to find a romance novel that I've liked either. Maybe I'm just not cut out for love stories.
