I had a similar feeling about this book ... there was something missing. I loved the writing, but in the end didn't love the book all that much.

I guess her aim with this memoir was to tell us something about Africa and flying, not about herself as a person. Oh, and of course horse breeding, a topic which I´m not interested in at all.
