Also? Ugh.
I spent more time than I needed to on that email, trying to figure out if it was the author's blind, because the writing in the email was so over-the-top that I wanted to avoid any books like it.
Oh, my. So true.

What book is it? (If you don't mind my asking. I'd also like to avoid it.)
Portals, Passages & Pathways - Part 1: In the Land of Magnanthia. I'm sure it's awesome, because the story "echoes The Chronicles of Narnia, The Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter."

Hah! Sounds like a great~ read... and suspiciously like a travelogue?

How do you feel about books whose blurb states a character needs to seize his density?
Like the blurb writer needs a cranial densitometer reading.
Lol, MR. Took me a couple read-throughs to get it. Um, depending on what 'density' is a euphemism for, gross. ;)

I really did just literally lol...
Is it just me, or does "vigor and finesse" sound like it escaped from a romance novel?
Sooooo, what does Narnia, Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter all have in common?
Boys.
*snicker*

I know, right.
Ugh, I feel you. And it's also annoying because I'm way more interested in what it's about than an advertisement when I've already devoted time to even look at it...
