Nothing to be embarrassed about. And even if you've read fewer books than you'd normally read, you've read more than some people. At the end of the day, your heath comes first, tho.
Of the books that you have read, what stood out for you? Any that you'd wish you hadn't bothered with? What music have discovered this year?
There’s should be nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about as this is your own journey. You do what you want and can as this shouldn’t be a competition. Do what feels good for you at the time and enjoy it. Be proud of what you have and can accomplished, enjoy your journey.
Music is indeed a blessing and can be great therapy -- in stress, illness and whatever other situation. (Really, what would life be without it?) So are pets, friends and family who truly know and understand you. Fibromyalgia alone is bad enough (as I know from a friend); adding all the other things to it must make life very hard to bear at times. *Of course* you do what you need to do -- always, not just when in pain, but then especially. Never apologize or feel bad for that.
Here's to a more pain-free 2020 filled with great books, great music, and much love from your friends, family and pets!
