That had been my biggest complaint with this trilogy – I wasn’t very satisfied with the ending. If I hadn’t been so ridiculously attached to the characters I might have thought it was satisfying enough, but I wanted more for them.
I hope you enjoy the Liveship trilogy too. The Fitz trilogies were my favorite, but I liked Liveship a lot too. I remember reading the last book in the Liveship trilogy while I was in Colorado skiing. I would pull my smart phone out to read some of it while I waited for the shuttle back to my hotel at the end of the day. I suspect I missed more than a few shuttles because I kept getting absorbed in the book and would forget to watch for them!
