That is what happens when you post something at midnight. I generally taylor my reviews depending on where I am posting them, but I realised the next morning that I did not adjust this review for Booklikes. However I have noticed that Booklikes is a lot more flexible than Goodreads though I find the book pages on Goodreads is generally better, especially since I like getting the idea of what other people like.

I generally write the reviews on my computer and then copy and paste into Goodreads/Booklikes. It was something that was drummed into me as a kid (my Dad was a computer programmer, so he always stressed the importance of keeping a backup).
I tend to avoid the authors in Goodreads because all they seem to want is for you to read their books and then write a positive review. I did it once, and it came about that the author wasn't particularly impressed with the way I wrote the review (though he didn't go as far as starting to troll me).
