Thank you! I just tried Harpercollins without publishing and it didn't work.

I got a bunch of the pre-orders, too. I screenshot my invoices to prove that they were zero, and I'm going to keep checking and make sure they don't go up, cancel if they do, and question the charges if I am charged.
