Was Ingrid a breeder for the master race? I've read about breeding programs and mothers giving their children over to the state. Makes you think, what did happen to those children after the war?

Ingrid was a baby that was kidnapped because she "showed good German traits" and was placed into the Lebensborn Program and was adopted to "good German parents." This book is about her life and trying to find out who she really is. It definitely makes you think about all of the children that were affected.
