I heard this author interviewed on CBC radio and was intrigued. Obviously you found it worthwhile, so I may give it a try too.

I really enjoyed the exposition, which was the majority of the book. I only casually looked at the graphs!

Read this too. Kind of like preaching to the choir feel to it though.
