Ooohn one of Dickens' best! I'm trying to read through my Netgalley books, so On The Wing is frontrunner for weekend reading, though I'm hoping to make a start on the Paul Cooper Book I got approved for last, Down: Pinhole. Those and one more non-fiction on Synchronicity will see me up to date again!

Ah it's the first one I'm trying of his :D I really like it as well so far. Goodluck with the Netgalley reads! :D

Your first Dickens? It was mine too. The good ones to go for next are David Copperfield and then Oliver Twist. By then you'll be sufficiently hooked to traverse some of his more meandering works.

Yes it is! I also have Little Dorrit, A Tale of Two Cities and Oliver Twist so I'm going to be reading those soon (I hope) + 8 or 9 of his books are on the Rory Gilmore reading list so at some point in my life I will read most of his books!

I haven't read Little Dorrit yet. Tale of Two Cities is one I need to re-read because I read it in high school and don't remember it well.
I am so behind on eyes of the dragon. I so wanted to participate but my ebook copy was there one day, gone the next, then back, then gone, then half there, then mostly gone, etc. Now, it is all there. I may try to catch up, but the discussions are way advanced by now. I have the Viking hardcover edition, but refuse to remove it from the original plastic it was shipped to the store in brand new.
My husband swears we have a paperback copy somewhere. We probably do, but it is packed up.

Haha now I'm really curious how many books you own in total (and how old you are so I can calculate how many books I will be having then xd)
