I haven't even started trying yet. I connected?? GR to booklikes, but haven't started the import yet. :( This is so confusing.

I connected my GR too, but it didn't do anything. None of my recent reviews linked. So I've been manually adding them. Annoying!

You have to import your books, but that's not too bad. Do you know how to do it?

Do you know how to export your GR books?

Go to My books, click on import/export (it's all he way at the bottom of all your shelves), then click export to cvs file (it will be in the top right corner) http://www.goodreads.com/review/import

Then on BL, click on settings, select the Import tab, and voila!

I just did the import from GR to cvs file, it didn't take hardly anytime at all, does that seem right?? I've got to run to the school to get my little boy but as soon as I get back I'll try to start the import to Booklikes. I may need help though, lol.

Yea, the export is super quick. The import is what will take a while. Just hit me up with questions. We'll figure it out together. I'm still trying to figure out how to change my blog look and add stuff

hmm, okay well I got it to the import window, but it's not doing anything. It says I have no time left for the import, but it never even seemed to start. Like I see nowhere a time for how long it will take except for the 0 time?? Did I do something wrong??

that's what I did, and suddenly it says I have 21oo or whatever books and I've seen some of my reviews! Some of my books just have a green box for a cover but it looks like for the most part it's imported. ???

okay Sharon I have another question... how do you get your background on for your dashboard? and where did you go to find the pic or design to put it there??

Are you sure you did't try it before, but forgot about it? Because it continues the import even if you're not on the site. That is super fast

It was actually easier that I was making it out to be. Click on dashboard, then settings, select blog, scroll down to where it says Theme, and click customize

Where you able to add your own background pic or color??
