Yes, first time. I've been doing the picking-up/putting-down thing for years because I'm generally not a fan of dystopian settings, nor of some of the darker themes some UF can touch on (Iron Kissed just about stopped me reading any more Mercy Thompson books). But I'm really enjoying these and I chuckle a bit when I get to scenes that take place in parts of Atlanta I am familiar with (lived there for 5 years).
