Sounds like you have a road trip coming up. :)

When the book arrived I showed it to MT and said "here's all our future travel, sorted!". ;)
Now here's an idea for a trip around the world ...

Do you think we could negotiate a bulk rate with DHL pre-trip if we travel at the same time? :D
I think that would be a matter of sheer survival ... in more than one respect!

I need to go to Hay-on-Wye...oh my god, I'm on holiday for the rest of the week with my husband, now there's a coincidence. We could do a little day trip...

Pictures of Hay-on-Wye please! :)

The pictures would probably be of my book haul!
And who here would likely complain about that?! :D

Good point. Seems like a lovely area so may not be just books after all!
It is a lovely area (I visited last year) -- and Hay is a lovely little town. So much more to do than visit bookshops, actually ... but somehow, that's what it mostly ends up being about nevertheless. :)

I want to visit Hay SO BADLY - and then move there, I suspect. :p

If you moved there, you'd probably have to give up on the idea of shelves and being able to fit all your books on them for good.
She'd have a Hay-inside-Hay mini book town if she'd move there.

If you moved there too, we'd have a bigger Hay than Hay has. ;-)
Hehe. BookLikes-on-Wye is us ...

I've never been to Clunes either, so we can feel embarrassed about that together. ;)

Oh good! I'm not the only one. :)

I've looked at going a few times, but could find very little information about actually bookshops in Clunes and the ones I could find had weird hours.
